Terraces at Lake Coeur D'Alene, Coeur D'Alene, ID Representative Projects: Bellevue Hilton Hotel, Bellevue, WA (1988) JGL was hired by the owner to assess potential traffic noise impacts relating to proposed modifications of Interstate 405 at the NE 4th Street on ramp in downtown Bellevue. This work resulted in replacement of guest room windows on the side of the hotel facing the freeway. Hampton Inn, SeaTac, WA (1988) JGL was hired to evaluate aircraft noise impacts at the proposed site and recommend aircraft noise control measures for the guest rooms. Issaquah 50 Condominiums, Issaquah, WA (1991) JGL was hired by the architect to review plans and make recommendations for interior sound isolation for these three-story wood frame residential buildings. Harbor Shores Condominiums, West Seattle, WA (1992) JGL was hired by the developer to review plans and make recommendations for interior sound isolation for this four-story wood frame structure near Alki Point. Lynnwood Condominiums, Lynnwood, WA (1994) JGL was hired by the developer to review plans and make recommendations for traffic noise control for these two-story wood frame buildings adjacent to SR-525. Sammamish Hills Condominiums, Bellevue, WA (1996) JGL was hired by the developer to review plans and make recommendations for traffic noise control for these three-story wood frame buildings adjacent to Interstate 90. Juniper Springs Lodge, Mammoth Lakes, CA (1997) JGL was hired by the developer to review plans and make recommendations for interior sound isolation for this four-story wood frame ski lodge at the Mammoth ski resort in southern California. Waterfront Marriott Hotel, Seattle, WA (1998) JGL was hired by the architect to provide recommendations for controlling exterior noise and vibration as well as interior sound isolation and HVAC noise control for the proposed new hotel on the waterfront in downtown Seattle. The Sidney Apartments, Seattle, WA (1999) JGL was hired by the developer to review plans and make recommendations for interior sound isolation and noise control for this four-story wood frame building in the Belltown district of Seattle. Inn at the Spanish Garden, Santa Barbara, CA (2000) JGL was hired by the developer to review plans and make recommendations for interior sound isolation for this luxury two-story wood frame hotel in southern California. Martha's Vineyard 4 Condominiums, Mukilteo, WA (2000) JGL was hired by the developer to review plans and make recommendations for interior sound isolation for this four-story wood frame building in Mukilteo.
