Cove
The Cove is Phase 2 of a 3-phase high-rise condominium project in Marina del Rey, California near the intersection of Lincoln Boulevard and Maxella Avenue. The project is a concrete structure containing 16 floors of condominium living units above two floors of amenity space with 2 levels of underground parking. Each floor contains six to nine living units ranging from 1200 to 3900 square feet. |

Special challenges associated with this project included noise control from the garage ventilation fans, rooftop HVAC equipment, water source heat pumps (located in a closet inside each living unit), and impact noise control in living areas with ceramic tile floors. The project also includes a media room and an exercise room on the second floor above the main lobby.
