JGL Acoustics, Inc. has been owned and operated by Mr. Jerry G. Lilly since 1983. Mr. Lilly is a graduate of Whitman College (1972), and he holds a Master's Degree in Engineering Acoustics from Penn State University (1975). He is a board-certified member of the Institute of Noise Control Engineering (INCE), and he is a licensed professional acoustical engineer in the state of Oregon, which is the only state with such a registration. He is an active member in ASHRAE, the National Council of Acoustical Consultants (NCAC), ASTM, and the Acoustical Society of America (ASA).
